My name is Darren Jenkins and I am from Ward, Arkansas. I am in my 30's, married to a beautiful wife with two beautiful children. I have been drawing as long as I can remember. I am a self taught artist and love the realism of pencil drawings and try to show this in my work.

For my fellow Elvis Presley fans out there keep an eye out for 2 of my Elvis pieces that will be in the new book, "ELVIS IN ART" compiled by Roger G. Taylor of the UK. The book will be distributed worldwide. This will be an update to his 1987 book (seen below) by the same name and will for sure be an instant collectors item!

Norman Rockwell is another of my favorites. I love the way he captures the expression in people. This is my favorite piece, "Triple Self Portrait"
